Core responsibilities:
- Negotiation and alignment of Terms & Conditions, Activity plans, Planograms, Assortment, POP/Visibility plan and etc. with Modern Trade Customers.
- Build strong partnering relationships and collaborate effectively with Modern Trade Customers.
- Understands the Customer's objectives, key strategies, concept, competitors and shopper targets.
- Complete understanding of the market and competitors and identification of key growth opportunities.
- Develop agreements on business plans that align Colgate-Palmolive objectives and strategies with Customer's objectives and strategies.
- Close cooperation with Retail Marketing Team to create and agree on Planograms, right Assortment, Visibility plan etc. by Customer/Store.
- Continuous giving and seeking feedback to Shopper Activation and Field Teams.
- Timely and clear communication to Field Teams about aligned T&Cs, activities, POP plans, planograms, assortment etc. with Customers to ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate execution with RCDMs/Field Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- English not less then Upper-Intermediate level.
- Proven experience of successful T&C negotiations and increase in Share of Display.
- FMCG Sales/field experience of 2-3 years min.
- Preferred experience in Trade Marketing.
