The eCommerce Analyst plays a key role within the Digital Marketing team at ASBIS Monobrand (iSpace).
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Integration:
• Collect data from various platforms: CRM systems, CDP platforms, ad platforms (TikTok, Google Ads, etc.), Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tools.
• Parse and consolidate reports from internal team members into a unified data base.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
eCommerce Analytics & Insights:
• Analyze collected data to identify key performance indicators and trends.
• Create analytical summaries highlighting key insights and findings.
• Analyze user behavior on websites to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Develop and customize event triggers to enhance the user experience.
• Evaluate user segments to improve targeting and personalization.
• Set up and manage goals and events to track critical user actions.
Reporting Standardization:
• Develop and implement standardized reporting templates and dashboards for the team.
• Train team members on the use of standardized reports and analytics tools.
Continuous Improvement:
• Conduct regular audits of analytics tools and data layers.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance.
• Analyze ad account data, GA4 insights, and CRM reports to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and execute data-driven A/B tests.
• Implement changes to increase conversion rates and improve user experience.
• Evaluate A/B test outcomes and apply findings to future campaigns.
Dashboarding & Presentation:
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Deliver regular performance reports on marketing campaigns, including KPIs and key insights.
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, Big Query.
• Knowledge of various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
• Ability to build and customize data layers for conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability under pressure.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
