Job Requirements:

• Work with global / local teams to develop and implement new requirements related to IT services

• Follow-up and discuss improvements with IT Vendors and Service Management Office team.

• Participate in global/ local meetings, gather and provide needed information.

• Responsible to manage local applications, including 1C ERP

• Manage or be part of local projects: (Local End User Support, Printer services, IT Infrastructure support, Computer replacement, Mobile phone replacement and process harmonization, On Boarding Off-Boarding improvement, Infrastructure documentation

• Knowledge of SaaS and IaaS

• Server assembly and installation
  server disk setup management

  Microsoft server / Linux server installation and management
  raid disk management
  5- network setup switch and vlan settings
  6- File management
  7- remote connection setups and management
  8- vpn setup and management
  9- Monitoring of systems
  10-modem/router/wifi router installation and management
  11-html/xml/json information
  12-web services and management knowledge
  13-sql, nosql knowledge
  14-cctv systems knowledge

  14-Fluent English
