· Recruitment and Termination
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
- Finalize labor contracts and compile relevant documents
- Registering employees' HR data to relevant government office and set up the company's HR structure
- Manage termination process (resignation, retirement, lay-off, firing, mutual agreement etc.)including exit interview
- Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding
· Training and Development
- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees
- Provide specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
· Performance Management & Evaluation
- Proceed practical work related to evaluation/incentive
(Procedure announcement, performance data review/gathering/analyzing, creating outcomes etc.)
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
(e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Lead employee's goal setting process and help them make proper performance indicator/index
- Manage attendance & delivery of payroll/benefits
- Manage an annual manpower plan
- Establish and manage benefit standards by benchmarking competitors
- Manage employee promotion & rewards process
· HR Infra
- Manage and update the HR regulation/guidelines/SOP
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
- Set-up and stabilize the HR system (HR data, evaluation, tax, social insurance, etc.)
- Collect and administer HR data / documents within legal requirements (using the HR system)
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession
Planning
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports
· Industrial Relation
- Settlement of labor disputes
- Handle the grievance procedures and HSE (health, safety, and environment)
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys regularly
- Manage employee relations questions and issues
· General Affairs and support Expatriates, etc.
- Planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating general affairs processes and activities
- Manage VISA and relevant permits, housing, etc. for expatriates
- Communicate with / Report to HR HQ regularly about main issues
- Internal client relationship management (internal activities)
- Benchmark other company's HR practice
- Build and manage good relationship with relevant government office
