Senior NetDevOps Engineer

You will be responsible for designing, configuring and supporting of Network environments and automation solutions/services. This role will involve activities related to improving the quality of IT services with the automation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain network infrastructure using automation tools and scripting languages;
• Support and optimization of Netbox infrastructure;
• Implement and optimize network monitoring and alerting solutions;
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy network changes in a timely and efficient manner;
• Continuously improve network performance and reliability through monitoring and optimization;
• Configuration, maintenance and support of network solutions in Offices, Data Centers and external projects of the company;
• Documentation of the network topologies and the changes;
• Troubleshooting networking issues, analysis of the root causes;
• Preparation and coordination of technical tasks, maintenance of project documentation;
• Delegate duties, tasks, review completed tasks.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Bash, Python, Go scripting;
• Knowledge of data presentation formats XML, JSON, YAML, REST API;
• Configuration management (CM) Ansible;
• Version control system (VCS) Git;
• Good knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of LAN/WAN services: SWITCHING, ROUTING, FIREWALL, IPsec, VPN, DHCP, LOGGING, SNMP, RADIUS, VLAN(802.1q), IPv6;
• Good knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of Enterprise and Service Provider networking: VRF, BGP (iBGP, eBGP), eVPN(VXLAN);
• Skills of configuration and troubleshooting Cisco/Juniper/Dell networking environment;
• Ability to handle multiple jobs at the same time.

Will be of advantage:

• CI/CD Software (Jenkins/GitLab CI);
• Good/Advanced level of *nix operating systems;
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and issue troubleshooting in Linux (CPU/RAM/OS parameters/Network/Disk etc.);
• Knowledge of Cloud/Virtualization Technologies: KVM, OpenStack, ESXi;
• Experience in DB PostgreSQL/Oracle;
• Good knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes);
• Experience in HashiCorp products (Consul, Packer);
• Experience with monitoring systems: Grafana, Prometheus, NetFlow, MRTG, Cacti, Nagios, etc;
• Experience in project management software and wiki systems (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
• A self-developed examples of documents: presentations, description of the solution architecture, technical tasks, other technical/project/operational documents;

Required Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP R&S holder or equivalent level of knowledge require

Experience:

• At least 5 years of NetDevOps related experience.
