BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-6 years of experience doing one of several roles: e-commerce, planning ,product/project management or marketing.
• Online trading background; preferably in online fashion brand
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Turkish or Azerbaijani is a must
• Practical experience with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint ,PowerBI
• General understanding of e-commerce operational and technical processes
• Digital savvy, strong understanding of how digital channels drive traffic and conversion on site
• Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive
• Good level of reporting skills; focuses on the solution and gives importance to the details
• Understanding of basic financial KPIs and eCommerce analytics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience using Google Analytics , Yandex Metrica
• Excellent project, time management and reporting skills.
• Experience in Content Management and Merchandising Systems, including analysis of E-Commerce merchandising and sales performance

• Analyzing campaigns in GA4 and Yandex Metrika
• Creating weekly sales reports
