Logistics Expert

We’re looking for a specialist in the field of Distribution/Transportation, who will know how to apply theory and put it into practice with an in-depth understanding of a specific area and independently perform the full range of responsibilities within the role.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

• Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)

• Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes

• Excellent Verbal Communication

• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

What will be your key responsibilities?

• You’ll achieve specific goals for the area of responsibility by working within an established supplier management plan or finding ways to improve it.

• You’ll deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.

• You’ll manage relationships with small clients while also helping senior colleagues manage more important client and customer relationships.

• You’ll work within established knowledge management systems to deliver pre-set outcomes for the area of responsibility.

• You’ll provide operational support services and sometimes act as a first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.

• You’ll develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
