Responsibilities:

Developing the infrastructure practice (supporting clients in public-private partnerships, construction, investment, and regulatory projects), including: building new and nurturing existing client relationships, demonstrating knowledge of the client’s business;

Identifying new opportunities and delivering ongoing infrastructure-related projects;

Ensuring high-quality deliverables and coordinating infrastructure projects (e.g., advice, reports, contracts, etc.);

Managing projects, including negotiating and finalizing engagement letters, completing risk management procedures, and other related tasks;

Developing the team and actively collaborating with various streams of work;

Managing corporate, general commercial, and regulatory matters.
Required Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of laws and regulations: Labor Code, Tax Code, Double Taxation Treaties, and other regulations related to HR, payroll, and personal tax compliance;

Excellent writing skills in both English and Russian;

5 years of experience in payroll calculations, HR document preparation, and personal taxation;

Practical knowledge of using 1C ЗУП and 1C Бух is an advantage;

2-3 years of experience at Big-4 firms is a plus;

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
