Subcontracts Specialist

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / business / accounting / contracts management or a closely related field in procurement management / Supply chain management.
• Overall experience Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Able to work to deadlines, provide data analysis, and report outcomes, work under pressure, have outstanding organizational skills, communications skills.
• English (upper-intermediate), Kazakh, Russian
• Good at Microsoft office
• Capable to build Strong relationship with both Clients & Suppliers.
• Self-tasking and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
