We are seeking a Lifecycle Customer Specialist to do our retention initiatives and elevate our communication strategies across various channels. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing projects that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns - Plan, launch, and optimize email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work closely with product, data, design, and regional marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting - Define audience segments and personalize communication based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Work with CDP and automation tools - Utilize platforms like Bloomreach (preferred) to build and optimize automated customer journeys.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance - Track key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders - Gather requirements, communicate CRM strategy, and present campaign results to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and best practices - Continuously explore new engagement strategies, tools, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM, push, email and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization - Ability to analyze customer behavior and create targeted communication strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools - Familiarity with platforms like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, or similar.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven mindset - Proficiency in A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with CDP systems - Hands-on experience with Bloomreach is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and design.
