This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Обязанности
  • Provide timely request fulfillment according to established workflows
  • Answer user inquiries via phone or email
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Level 2 and Level 3 Support, to document bugs or requirements for specific applications
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of required applications and participate in demonstrations and retrospectives with Development Teams
  • Deliver support during standard shifts of 9/10 am to 6/7 pm local time for Georgia and Kazakhstan, with one evening shift per week from 1 pm to 10 pm Tbilisi time for Georgia
