一、岗位职责（Job Responsibility）

1. 建立和维护项目安全、环保和职业健康管理体系，制定完善安质健环相关管理制度；

Establish and maintain the safety, environmental protection and occupational health management system of the projects， and formulate and improve the QSHE management system.

2. 建立和完善项目安全生产管理制度，监督制度实施情况，推进设备可靠性管理标准化建设；

Establish and improve the production safety management system for projects, supervise the implementation of the management system, and promote the standardization of equipment reliability management.

3. 配合项目负责人才项目安全生产全面计划，并监督执行情况；

Coordinate with the project leader to develop a comprehensive safety production plan for the project and oversee its implementation.

4. 了解电力交易、环境收益政策情况，跟踪市场变化和电力商品销售状况，配合项目负责人完成项目电力营销工作；

Understand the power trading and environmental benefits policies, track market changes and the sales status of power products, and assist the project leader in completing the power marketing work for the project.

5. 配合项目公司安全工作有效开展，组织或者参与本单位安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况；

Coordinate with the project company to ensure the effective implementation of safety work, organize or participate in the safety production education and training within the unit, and accurately record the situations related to safety production education and training.

6. 配合生产经理制定项目公司安全生产领域绩效指标及实施考核；

Cooperate with the Production Manager to develop performance indicators in the field of production safety in the project company ，and implement the assessment;

7. 负责与哈萨克斯坦上级安全环保部门、政府部门、能源局等部门对接工作；

Responsible for connecting with higher-level safety and environmental protection departments, government departments, KEGOC and other departments of Kazakhstan;

8. 负责配合生产经理管理BOP团队和机组团队。

Responsible for working with production manager to manage BOP team and wind turbine team.

9. 按时完成项目每日日报等公司系统填报。

Complete the daily project reports and other company system submissions on time.

10. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

Compete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

岗位要求：

Job Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，电气、自动化或其他理工科相关专业；

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or other related science and engineering fields.

1. 电力相关企业从事运行检修、设备管理、技术管理2年及以上工作经验，条件优秀者可以放宽工作年限。有风电工作经验优先；

Power-related enterprises engaged in operation and maintenance, equipment management, technical management 2 years and above work experience, excellent conditions can be relaxed work years. Experience in wind power is preferred.

1. 熟悉哈萨克斯坦安全生产法律法规、电力O&M生产运行、新能源O&M生产运行要求等电力行业标准；

Be familiar with the laws and regulations on safety production in Kazakhstan, requirements for power O&M (Operation & Maintenance) production and operation, requirements for new energy O&M production and operation, and other standards in the power industry.

1. 具备英语听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言，同时熟悉中文者优先；

Ability to speak, read and write English as a working language, and familiarity with Chinese is preferred.

1. 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。

Proficient in using Office software.
