What You Need to Succeed?

5+ years of HR experience in QSR, FMCG, retail, or industrial sectors.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
Strong skills in recruitment, training, performance & talent management.
Ability to inspire, solve problems, and manage priorities effectively.
