Industrial Hygienist

Job Description:

• Primary responsibility will be to identify and assess workplace hazards, develop control measures, and implement strategies to minimize or eliminate potential risks, work closely with management, employees, and other safety professionals to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with new regulations, industry trends, and advancements in industrial hygiene practices, and recommend appropriate changes to existing programs and practices.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations conduct routine, follow-up and pre-mobilization sanitary and hygiene audits of canteen and welfare facilities and medical point prepare reports covering findings, proposed corrective measures, and compliance with health rules and standards.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is highly desirable.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position

• Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, practices, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MS Office programs, Kazakh and/or Russian - advanced, English –intermediate
