Lawyer (IP Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and protect the company's IP interests, including monitoring, advisory, and organizing IP workflows.
• Handle clearance, filing, management, and enforcement of trademarks and industrial designs, including preparing and submitting registration documentation.
• Draft and review trademark license agreements.
• Oversee registration, rights acquisition, and legal protection of inventions, including preparing patent applications and maintaining correspondence with patent offices.
• Provide general legal support, including legal advice, document preparation, and legal analysis, as directed by the Regional Legal and Compliance Director.

Requirements:

• Higher professional (Legal) education; LLM is an advantage. Patent Attorney Certificate holder.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal protection of intellectual property.
• Knowledge of trademark (TM) and patent law, including filing, registration, and protection.
• Understanding of patent filing and granting processes.
• Experience with patent work in domestic and foreign companies (desirable).
• Familiarity with patent research procedures and methods (desirable).
• Advanced level of English.
• Customer orientation.
