Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining staff discipline
- Develop business strategies to increase customer base, boost store traffic, and maximize profitability
- Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze buying trends, customer needs, and store profitability
- Implement innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct staff performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career development
- Address and resolve any issues related to staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and high performance
- Oversee stock inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare and submit reports as required by management
- Perform additional store management duties as needed
- English at an Intermediate level or higher
- Leader skills, analytical skills
- From 3 years of successful experience in team/store management in fashion retail
