Financial Controller – Manufacturing Plant (Almaty Region)

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join a large manufacturing plant in the Almaty region. This is a full-time on-site role with a 5/2 schedule.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and local standards.
Control month-end closing processes and financial statements.
Monitor budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing environment.
✅ Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Fluent English (both written and spoken).
✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
