Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Define, acquire, and coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Lead all project-related activities, including engineering, subcontracting, procurement, collaboration with other departments, and project execution oversight.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to scope and technical specifications.
• Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory approvals are obtained.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success factors and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master`s degree in a technical discipline (piping, civil, mechanical engineering, etc.).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and construction, with at least 6 years in project management.
• Proven experience in selecting main equipment (pumps, valves, tanks, utilities, etc.).
• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA level B or C, or Prince2) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal, permitting, and administrative project management requirements.
• Experience in major industrial projects (mining, oil & gas, chemical industries).
• Proficiency in communication management, cost control, strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
• Fluent English.
