Обязанности:
- SEO & Content Marketing:
- Conduct keyword research and market analysis to optimize content.
- Write and publish SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, and news updates in both Russian and English.
- Develop and refine website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Ensure organic website optimization and work towards achieving a first-page Google ranking within 6 months.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, reels, and marketing content.
- Help execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Support the marketing team in improving social media engagement and audience growth.
- PPC & Paid Advertising:
- Prepare dedicated landing pages for Google PPC ads with engaging content.
- Conduct keyword research and develop ad copies for maximum conversion.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for better ROI.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads verification requirements.
- Website & CRM Optimization:
- Assist in improving website user experience and search performance.
- Upload and manage video content (webinars, podcasts, etc.) on the website.
- Support CRM and integration platform settings to enhance customer conversion rates.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in Russian and English.
- Strong experience in SEO, keyword research, and content writing.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and ability to create engaging content.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and optimize content accordingly.
- Experience in website development and UX improvement is a plus.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM (London time, GMT).
- Full-time, remote, freelance position.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- If the candidate is not a good fit, the contract may be terminated within 1 week to 1 month.
- Salary will be in accordance with market rates in the candidate’s country.
