Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our team temporarily. This role will focus on developing and executing internal communication strategies that engage employees, foster a positive organizational culture, and support external communications. A passion for social media, with the ability to create engaging videos and creative posts, is essential for highlighting our internal teams through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication plans to inform and engage employees about company initiatives, updates, and policies.
• Create and manage content for internal platforms, including newsletters, intranet, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on key messages.
• Facilitate two-way communication between management and employees, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.
• Organize and support internal events, meetings, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Drive collaboration with our external communications agency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Press Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, and English
