Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for B2B mobile applications to attract and retain users while supporting BAT brand growth
  • Launch and manage mobile applications in B2B/B2C segments, working with analytics and performance metrics
  • Develop user engagement programs, gamification strategies, and loyalty mechanics
  • Optimize user experience (UX/UI), introduce new features, and integrate applications into the company's ecosystem
  • Manage trade activities within the app: create tasks, quizzes, and sales incentive programs for BAT products in retail stores
  • Prepare and approve periodic guidelines and communications for the field force regarding planned mobile app activities
  • Maintain communication with the field team across Kazakhstan
  • Collaborate with mobile app vendors, define and develop technical specifications, test, and ensure product quality
  • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to achieve business goals
  • Monitor mobile app KPIs (user activity, conversion rates, retention, ROI)
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, test new hypotheses for growth and scaling
  • Engage with external partners (developers, agencies, tech providers)

What We Expect:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management for mobile applications (preferably in B2B/B2C)
  • Hands-on experience in launching and scaling mobile apps
  • Strong knowledge of mobile product marketing, analytics, and monetization
  • Ability to develop product strategies, define tasks, and collaborate with development teams
  • Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams, developers, and external contractors
  • Background in the B2B segment (preferred)
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and management abilities
