Business Controller

International FMCG brand is seeking a Business Controller for multiple countries

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial data to manage operating and commercial expenses
• Provide financial support to marketing and sales teams to facilitate effective decision-making and achieve Net Revenue (NR) and NOPBT targets
• Participate in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process (Net Revenue, COGS, OPEX/CAPEX, Balance Sheet, OCF) in compliance with corporate standards and deadlines
• Monitor and update key financial metrics (NR, NOPBT) in Rolling Forecast and P&L
• Consolidate financial data and prepare reports (P&L analysis, COC, OPEX MTD/YTD) according to CIS regional standards
• Track budget execution, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to budget holders
• Control actual spending and reserves against budget/forecast targets at the cost center and cost element levels
• Collaborate with business teams to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Present financial data and insights to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and budgeting
• Experience in international companies, preferably in FMCG
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, 1C is a plus
• Experience in full P&L reporting
• English – B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and extract key insights
