Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic team leader for our Digital Capabilities Team. This individual will be responsible for managing and evolving key digital systems, including CRM, frontline applications, Messengers, Customer Care solutions, web, and e-commerce capabilities. As a leader in a consumer-centric organization, the ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that digital initiatives drive business outcomes, enhance customer experience, and align with strategic priorities.

Your day-to-day:

Digital Product Leadership

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
  • Lead the Digital Capabilities Team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability across product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the lifecycle of multiple systems and platforms, ensuring they remain competitive, scalable, and customer-focused.

Business Strategy & Results

  • Align digital product strategy with business objectives, ensuring prioritization of initiatives that deliver measurable value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Develop and manage a roadmap for digital products, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities that meet business and customer requirements.

Customer Experience & Innovation

  • Champion customer-centric design principles to enhance usability, engagement, and satisfaction across digital touchpoints.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve digital products based on user insights and analytics.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Digital Capabilities Team, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across departments to streamline digital initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance and impact of digital products, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to optimize delivery and results.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards across all digital platforms.

Who we’re looking for:

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior digital product management or leadership role, preferably in a consumer-centric organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital products that drive business results.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect digital capabilities to organizational goals.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, e-commerce, web, and digital communication platforms
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and trends.
