Drilling Rig Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee drilling operations and ensure they meet safety, environmental, and technical standards.
• Manage and coordinate drilling teams and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor drilling progress, performance, and costs, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain communication with other departments (engineering, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise during drilling activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Review daily drilling reports and provide feedback or corrective actions when necessary.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or related field (preferred).
• Significant experience (5-10 years) in drilling operations, with a focus on supervisory roles.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling equipment, processes, and technologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English good - intermediate/upper Intermediate level
• IWCF certificate
