We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team and build strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

Area of responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Client Needs Analysis: Understanding client requirements, identifying opportunities for service improvement, and offering tailored logistics solutions
  • Contract Negotiation: Leading negotiations, structuring agreements, and ensuring adherence to contractual commitments
  • Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in current logistics operations and proposing enhancements to streamline workflows
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Revenue Growth: Expanding service offerings, promoting value-added solutions, and driving volume growth
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensuring high service quality, responding to client concerns, and implementing corrective actions when necessary
  • Reporting & Analytics: Preparing reports, tracking key performance indicators, and forecasting revenue and profitability
  • Tender Management: Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation and participation in procurement processes when required

What we expect:

  • A university degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar role
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and 1C
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Work Conditions:

  • A comfortable office in the city center: 15 Republic Square, Almaty
  • Flexible work schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
