Responsibilities
- Input all data on assets registration which are received from company employees into SAP, JDE E1 and other systems with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide feedback to Supervisor on data discrepancies.
- Resolve any problems and issues related to SAP, JDE and other systems and assist all FM staff in using the systems.
- Input and check the data in the systems, check status, filling in and closing Maintenance Requests.
- To create PPM schedules in SAP, JDE E1 and other systems.
- To address FM Manager or direct supervisor issues/ requirements arising in SAP, JDE E1 and other systems.
- Any other SAP, JDE E1 and other systems.
- related job tasks which are within your skills set and you have been provided training within.
- To assist Users in using SAP, JDE E1 and other systems from registering Work Requests to closing out Work Orders
- Execute query and filter for relevant Work Orders information.
- Higher education.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Database, Power Point and Visio applications
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Call Center Operator, Database Operator or CMMS (SAP, JDE E1) Operator
- Ability to understand basic Database & SAP, JDE E1 and other system structure and setup
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions at a high professional standard
- Excellent oral and written knowledge in English, Russian and Kazakh.
- Thorough understanding of facilities maintenance priority system, work flow processes and procedures
