Micra Wave Engineer

Position responsibilities：

Site Commissioning & Troubleshooting​

Responsible for the commissioning and troubleshooting of Huawei and ZTE microwave sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with technical specifications.

Conduct microwave link design, equipment upgrades, and network management tasks independently.

​Project Management​

Develop and execute engineering plans, track progress, monitor quality, and ensure project delivery and acceptance.

Coordinate with internal teams (HQ/Region) to align milestones and resolve technical concerns.

​Customer Interface​

Act as the primary liaison with clients to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth document submission and approval processes.

Maintain positive working relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds to foster collaboration.

Position qualification：

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in microwave commissioning, troubleshooting, and project management.

Prior experience with Huawei/ZTE microwave equipment is highly preferred.

​**Skills:**​

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and telecommunications tools.

Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (required for technical documentation and client interaction).
