- Manage all QHSE aspects of maintenance contract
- Preparation, Certification and Implementation of Company Integrated Management System
- Support the maintenance of the certification for ISO standards.

Maintain audit schedules, corrective, preventive action registers in relation to the ISO standards.
Audit compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems
Assist with QHSE sections in relation to tenders.
Target the achievement of zero accidents on site.
Formulate and participate in QHSE safety bulletins across the sites and ensure appropriate corrective actions are communicated fully.
Develop the HSE Plan, ensure implementation and review regularly.
Carry out HSE audits in liaison with Site Management and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
Interface with EthosEnergy Group QHSE Director, Client and local HSE Authority as necessary to facilitate QHSE programs
Ensure that a project specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements are drawn up and agreed prior to commencement of work.
Carry out accident investigation, establishes cause of accident, incident or dangerous occurrence and recommend methods for future avoidance.
Provide advice, guidance, instruction and training in all safety, health and environment matters to employees (including where applicable to sub-contractors, suppliers and visitors to sites).
Take the lead in conjunction with the project team in introducing and implementing effective measures aimed at the prevention of accidents at work.
Review Site Audit Inspection Reports, health and safety suggestions, complaints and requests for information and follow up with action.
Provide training and information to the workforce using appropriate training aids and media as required.
Keep the Training matrix, PPE register, HSE Passports up to date
Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and Codes of Practice.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the project team, employees and client representatives.
Attend QHSE meetings as required.
Control of the observance of laws and regulations on labour protection, preventive work to prevent industrial injuries, occupational and occupational diseases, measures to create healthy and safe working conditions in the enterprise; for providing workers with established benefits and compensation for working conditions.
Organization audit of working conditions at workplaces, work on measuring the parameters of hazardous and harmful production factors, certification of workplaces and production equipment for compliance with Labour protection requirements, controls the timeliness of the planned activities
Compiles lists of professions and positions in accordance with which employees must undergo mandatory
preliminary and periodic medical examinations, as well as lists of professions and positions in accordance current
legislation, workers are provided with compensation and benefits for difficult, harmful or dangerous working
conditions; in the development and revision of instructions on labour protection, labour safety standards of the
enterprise.
Ensures introductory and repeated briefings, training and testing of knowledge on labour protection of employees of the enterprise.
It brings to the attention of the company's employees the new laws and regulations on Labour protection put into operation, organizes the storage of documentation on Labour protection, reporting on the established forms and in accordance with the deadlines established by the normative legal acts on Labour protection.
Communicates with medical institutions and other organizations on labour protection issues and takes measures to implement their recommendations.
Provides the Company's employees with all necessary PPE in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations on health and labour protection
Registers incoming and distributed PPE by compiling registries and personal PPE distribution cards
Ensures write-off of PPE by providing information on expenditure to the Company's accounting department
Develops and revises occupational safety instructions, enterprise standards, occupational safety standards systems

NEBOSH / IOSH approved certification / membership.
Should essentially have 10 years + experience in in oil and gas sector.
Must be computer literate as appropriate to the role.
