Manager, GRCS&ORS (Governance, Risk and Compliance Services)

Role and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:

• Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
• Collecting and analyzing GRCS related data from public information sources in various industries
• Develop and deliver on GRCS analytics and non-financial information reporting
• Engage in internal risk management procedures related to client acceptance
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and gap analyses for clients across various industries
• Testing internal controls according to clients’ methodologies (SOX)
• Develop and implement recommendations for business process and controls automation and transformation and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Conducting assessments assess of clients’ governance risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Conduct assessments of internal audit functions according to global internal audit standards
• Engage in internal risk management procedures related to client acceptance

Knowledge and Education:

• Completed Bachelor/ Master degree
• 3-5 years of professional experience (preferably in finance audit in Big4/IT audit/internal audit, accounting, IT)
• Experienced in internal control/ compliance/ risk management and IT audit will be given special consideration
• Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues and perform data analysis
• Fluent English, Russian
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive your own tasks and projects
