Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of contractor procedures, civil ITP's or Control forms.
• Attend civil inspections required by ITP's.
• Apply the requirements of the Works Quality Plan and control the quality of the works carried out.
• Check that the work is carried out taking into account the specific needs and quality requirements.
• Know and apply all relevant project documentation and corporate procedures.
• Attend meetings with interested parts (subcontractors, client, etc.)
• Review of project documentation in terms of quality. (Civil Genernal notes and Drawings)
• Monitor quality activities, especially civil process.
• Approval of construction materials based on project specifications.
• Analyze civil test results.
• Analyze KPI results.
• Verification of final quality dossiers.
• Study the plans, drawings and technical documentation provided by the engineering department.
• Collaborate with the construction and engineering team in solving specific problems and possible modifications.
• Performing quality audits to civil subcontractor.
• Analyze processes giving special focus on continuous improvement.
• Monitor Non-Conformities.
• Prepare quality reports.
- • High knowledge of construction regulations in the Oil& Gas sector.
• High knowledge of quality standars, such as ISO 9001.
• High knowledge of civil standars and best practices.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to share information.
• Documentation management.
•Experience on Site activities.
