We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer who is passionate about data to join our diverse team.
In this position, you will engage with clients across a variety of sectors including Finance, Telecom, Media, Insurance, Oil&Gas, Pharma, and more.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.
Требования
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with any of the following reporting tools – Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Looker, or others
- Knowledge of Python
- Proficiency in concepts of Data Analytics and Data Visualization
- Capability to develop reports and dashboards
- Background in relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
- Qualifications in SQL
- Flexibility to use Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with concepts of landing, staging area, data cleansing, data profiling, data security, and data architecture (DWH, Data Lake, Delta Lake/Lakehouse, Datamart)
- Expertise in testing of data products
- Competency to work in an agile development environment (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and best practices
- English proficiency – Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Background in building ETL processes

Обязанности
- Develop advanced-level dashboards and reports
- Liaise with the Product owner, collect requirements, and facilitate demo sessions
- Engineer and implement data models, and conduct data preparation and profiling
- Analyze complex business problems and technical environments in detail
- Oversee security and manage the reporting environment
- Contribute to architecture and testing processes to align with best practice standards
