You Will Be Responsible For:

To plan and organize the logistics processes of the country, local transportation operations in the related country within optimum time and minimum costs, execute the necessary infrastructure and system set up.

Activities:

• Accept the delivery in the Retail system and physically in a proper way.
• Information about balance of the goods in the system of GOAL should be identical to the information about the balance of the goods in the Retail system.
• Organize operation activity for domestic transport in accordance with the procedures
• Control the Contracts with the Domestic Transporter in terms of validity.
• All the Invoices received from Domestic Transporters should be entered into the Finance System of the company and submitted for payment and to accountant department in time.
• Order trucks for delivery of goods and to issue documents required by the warehouse for shipment of goods and by the transport company for delivery of goods to the stores.
• Organize proper book keeping of documents related to each delivery.
• Organize proper acceptance of the imported goods to the warehouse.
• Provide the stores with the information related to deliveries before and after the delivery.
• Daily& Monthly Report should be filled and sent to Logistics Manager
• Organize partnership with reliable and safety Transport Company.
• Goods should be delivered to the stores in accordance with the time limit agreed between LC Waikiki and transport companies.
• Deliver all the documents required in accordance with the legislation of the country to accountant department on regular.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistic
• English (min - intermediate)
• Turkish will be plus
• University Degree
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and domestic transportation management
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Quality and Customer-oriented
• Quantitative thinking and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
• Team player
