About the position:

ASBC (Apple Premium Partner) an international retail chain, invites applications for the position of Marketing Retail Team Lead. The vacancy involves managing a multinational team in 7 countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan). We consider candidates in all 7 locations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• At least 5x years of retail marketing experience;
• At least 3 years experience in team management;
• Strategic and analytical skills - ability to strategize, implement new tools, collect and analyze data;
• Knowledge of the business area and advertising market;
• Presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills.

Key tasks:

• Building the effective work of the marketing department;
• Participation in the development of promotion strategy of the company, products, services;
• Analyzing, tracking, forecasting sales during promo (or lack thereof);
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for promotion in retail;
• Planning promotional activities, conducting, monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness;
• Marketing support of store openings;
• Formation of APR value strategy and its implementation;
• Developing a strategy to attract traffic to stores, increase the check and its depth;
• Planning of comarketing strategy and interaction with major brands, conducting, controlling and analyzing the effectiveness.
