Logistics Supervisor (Customs Clearance & Warehousing)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all logistics processes, including customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing
Handle import/export operations, liaising with customs authorities, brokers, and transport companies
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all documentation (declarations, certificates, invoices, etc.)
Optimize warehouse operations (warehousing), monitoring inventory flow and stock management
Collaborate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes
Supervise and coordinate the logistics and warehouse team, ensuring task allocation and performance tracking
Develop and implement cost-saving measures to enhance logistics efficiency
Stay updated on customs and logistics regulations, ensuring compliance and process improvements

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on customs clearance and warehouse management
✔ Proven experience working with customs authorities, brokers, and transport service providers
✔ Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international trade (import/export), and warehousing operations
✔ Leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing teams
✔ English proficiency (Intermediate and above) for communication with international partners
