HR recruiter/Специалист по подбору персонала

• Source potential candidates from various online candidate seeking channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like hh.kz and linkedIN etc).
• Ability to write recruiting letters to attract potential candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Preparation and distribution of numerical, language and other tests.
• Posting job vacancies on social media and candidate seeking platforms.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to line managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing strategies and tools.
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement
