Operations manager (International company - food production)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate Supply Chain business strategies aligned with current and future production needs, encompassing specific requirements for product quality, quantity, variety, and brands.
• Oversee Company production operations to ensure the availability of essential equipment, optimal stock of raw materials and spare parts, technical readiness, continuous enhancement, cost reduction, resource efficiency, and adherence to legal and company standards, thereby supporting sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Execute production plans in alignment with annual business plans, ensuring their successful realization.
• Enhance line performance by devising proactive maintenance strategies and implementing innovative solutions to address persistent issues and enhance key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies;
• Achieve and elevate performance across all Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality index, water and energy consumption ratios, etc.
• Supervise the development of production plans and the implementation of shift schedules to prevent and rectify disruptions in the production process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering from a university.
• At least 8-10 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years in managerial positions.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
• Open to relocating to Shymkent.
• Demonstrated strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in people management.
• Skilled in budget preparation and management.
