Lead / Senior IT Recruiter

Cyber Staff is an ambitious IT recruiting agency with a focus on hiring engineers (SE, SDET, DevOps and others). We work with clients around the world, helping them fill vacant engineering positions and grow their production teams.

We are looking for a passionate IT Recruiter, preferably with team leading experience, a self-driven individual with an outstanding analytical skills, great attention to details and amazing communication skills to join our team and fulfill vacant position of our customers.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with customers and executive team
• Source, attract and engage the best engineers on the market
• Develop pipelines of candidates
• Use Recruitment Automation System
• Complete of monthly KPI's
• Track, approach and report about results
• Lead the team of full-time and part-time recruiters and sourcers
• Hire new members in our team

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting
• 1+ years of experience leading the team of middle+ recruiters
• You are a Senior+: you know exactly what you're doing
• Strong technical base
• To be absolutely hungry for opportunities
• Experience working in a recruitment agency
• Self-management skills: you don't need to be micromanaged to be efficient
• Proficiency with boolean and x-ray search, sourcing tools and platforms
• Must have (B2+) English, both written and spoken

Would be a great plus:

• Experience in any production role: developer, QA, PM etc. OR Degree in Computer Science
