Senior Financial Controller

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a key business partner to the Sales team, developing company plans and financial forecasts with clear assumptions/drivers, while tracking performance at the brand and customer levels, and driving profitability.

• Consolidate, plan, analyze, and track NSP (Net Sales Price) and TTC (Total Trade Costs) budgets.

• Fully manage gross margins and proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency.

• Provide financial steering for Sales activities, ensuring transparency in Promo management, ROI, etc.

• Prepare data and actively participate in Company Plans, Forecasts, and Fast Start presentations.

• Analyze and evaluate trade agreements, conducting key discussions with sales teams responsible for the sales budget, ensuring full alignment with Sales & Promo policy.

• Lead the Monthly Sales Outlook process on a weekly basis and provide necessary data to the region.

• Represent finance and provide ad-hoc analysis and support for various projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Finance or a similar field, preferably in FMCG, with ideally working experience in Sales Controlling or Business Controlling.
• Proven experience in business partnering and effectively building relationships, with the ability to influence and positively challenge.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI systems.
• Understanding of accounting and finance principles, including P&L (Profit and Loss) and Balance Sheet.
• Proficiency in English, Upper Intermediate level or higher.
