The Big Almaty Ring Road (BAKAD) road construction and operation Project is seeking for a Document Control Clerk / Admin with strong expertise in the assigned field
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education
- Good command in English (Intermediate/Upper-intermediate), Kazakh and Russian
- Strong skills in MS Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication and organizational skills at all levels
- Experience in administrative work of at least 1 year is preferrable
- Experience working in the project type environment is preferrable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Accomplish assignments in regard to the project information and documentation workflow (letters, reports, acceptance acts, protocols, minutes of meetings, drawings, schedules, schemes, etc.)
- Coordination and record-keeping (including editing if necessary) of the documentation between the stakeholders at the external level
- Coordination and record-keeping (including editing if necessary) of the documentation between the project departments at the internal level
- Preparing necessary reports and brief summaries as instructed by the manager
- Introduce technological processes and systemic approach for the document/information control and record-keeping;
- Check the information being processed for the compliance with the project requirements;
- Planning, arrangement and improvement of the document control operations;
- Contribute to the adequate ordering of the documentation and information flow to avoid duplicating and to ensure optimization of assignments;
- Filing and archiving of the project documentation and its updates as needed and applicable;
- Close follow up on the submission and receipt of documentation
- Administrative assignments, including arrangement of meetings, office supplies organization
CONDITIONS:
- 5/2 operating days with operating hours from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
- Mobile phone services, transportation and lunch are provided
- Employment in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
