Operations Manager (Warehouse Logistic/Cosmetics, FMCG, Food, Pharma)

Resposibilities

1. Ensures well-coordinated, smooth and productive day-to-day running of the business
2. Ultimately responsible for the relationships with the client/s and their distributors. Oversees distributors support processes. Organizes/develops processes to enhance distributors and clients satisfaction.
3. Supervises the Warehouse team performance, including orders fulfillment, as well as last mile delivery services. Sets and monitors KPI.
4. Oversees order processing and distributors care performance to ensure the highest service level
5. Oversees inventory and stock management of HN clients, including forecasting, planning, risks assessment. Cooperates closely with finance, and the client.
6. Responsible for ongoing reporting and transparent communication with the client
7. Oversees procurement, supervises tender processes, policies and procedures. Responsible for compliance.
8. Cooperates closely with Import and IT integrations teams aiming to streamline the processes including clients ERP related.
9. Constantly explores clients/distributors new needs and generates ideas how to meet them better
10. Leads commercial ( buy/sell) agreements discussions externally, coordinating internally will legal, finance, import, etc.
11. Cooperates with E-commerce team when required to support client's website in line with local needs and requirements
