temporary position for 1 – 1,5 years (while replacing an employee on maternity leave)

Qualification:

  • Higher Education Diploma
  • Experience as HR Manager, HR Generalist not less than 3 years
  • The ability to read, speak English, Kazakh, Russian fluently
  • Skills and experience in 1C system 8.2, 8.3
  • To be sociable – customers and employees orientated
  • To be well organized and self-disciplined
  • To have excellent attention to details
  • To be reliable and stress tolerant
  • To be able to maintain multitasking
  • Easygoing and creative person

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the process of monthly timesheets & payroll related documentation
  • Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
  • Preparation of personnel reports at the request of government agencies, management company, clients, etc.
  • Preparation for quarterly and annual HR audits & active participation
  • Managing all staff related procedures (hiring, terminations, transfers, etc.)
  • Conducting induction training for newly hired employees
  • Managing internal HR activities (medical insurance, annual medical staff checks, reporting, military reporting, job descriptions, HR procedures & policies, vacation schedules, staff table, organizational charts, teambuilding, etc.
  • Maintaining and control the databases in1C 8.2 and 8.3, official employer database ESUTD and other related
  • Participate in disciplinary, mediation and internal investigation processes
  • Prepare staff related HR documentation (letters, agreements, etc.)
  • Written and verbal communications with employees and managers
  • Improve internal processes by means of improvement, streamlining & automation
  • Ensuring compliance with the local, state, laws and regulations, managing risk, and updating HR records to ensure they are accurate
  • Supervising HR Specialist & back up during absence
  • Other job responsibilities required by the HR Director

Conditions:

  • Schedule: 8.30-17.30 (Saturday and Sunday are days off)
  • Medical insurance after probation period
