Technical Project Manager

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical aspects of greenfield and brownfield solutions contract-managed projects within METCA, ensuring adherence to defined budget, timing, and quality standards.
• Utilize WEIR METCA project management tools for effective project management.
• Report project progress to regional manager through regular weekly and monthly meetings.
• Oversee engineering subcontractors and conduct risk analysis prior to project completion, documenting findings such as RASIC charts, lessons learned, and project organization charts.
• Arrange and participate in customer technical meetings, recording and reporting meeting minutes, while fostering transparent communication and sharing best practices within the METCA team.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Process), Master degree is preferable
• Having min 3 to 10 years of technical project management experience in multinational companies.
• Advance level of Russian, Kazakh and English, MS Office and MS, Project required. “Engineering software”
• Self-motivated, self-starter and self-sufficient to develop and maintain the main principles of project management.
• PMP certification is preferable.
• Ready to travel within METCA and abroad.
