The role is to manage and control over all process of Fit out works in Abu Dhabi Plaza MFC

Responsibilities:

•Overseeing all aspects of a project (approx. budget 100mln USD) from start to finish, including planning and scheduling tasks, managing personnel, monitoring budgets, and communicating with Clients

•Develop and implement detailed plans and schedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of project progress and implement actions to achieve targeted performance.

•Identify the quality expectations and embrace these in the Quality Plan. Implement measures to ensure compliance with the Tenants requirements and project business plan.

•Responsible for hiring required resources (Consultants and contractors as needed) to deliver the fit out works as per the tenant agreed requirement.

•Responsible for issuing work orders to contractors/ consultant and timely delivery of the required services. Responsible for reviewing/ approving monthly invoices and claims

•Establish a communications plan including information management procedures for the project and agree accountabilities for team members.

•Report on the project progress for the Company’s Steering Committee on a regular basis

•Managing the budget and financial aspects of projects, including allocating funds to different phases of the project as needed

•Prepare long –term plans taking into account the parallel projects in all ADP Assets

•Coordinate with all Project stake holders (Tenants, Operation dept, Leasing dept, Tenant relations, Finance, Legal) to confirm requirements and ensure timely delivery of the project.

Requirements:​​​​​​​

Min of: 10+ years of experience in Construction / Fit out projects

Min of: 5+ years of related managerial experience.

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

- Fit out of office premises, construction of commercial buildings, project management from the startup to the handover for operation stage

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Design, Project Management, BA. Master's degree on Civil Engineering/Architecture or PMP will be an asset.
