Project Manager of Childcare Center/Head of Early Childhood Education Center/Kindergarten Director

Responsibilities:

• Development of educational programs and coordination of teaching staff.
• Planning and conducting training sessions for educators, implementing the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).
• Monitoring teaching quality and long-term and medium-term planning of educational activities.
• Staff recruitment and advising educators on teaching and nurturing methods.
• Advising management on selecting additional educational programs.
• Assisting parents in raising children, including cases of hyperactivity, autism, and behavioral issues.
• Attracting new clients and conducting presentations.
• Budget management and expenditure control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education or psychology.
• Knowledge of legislation and requirements related to childcare centers.
• Familiarity with developmental teaching methods for children.
• Desirable: proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage personnel and work collaboratively in a team.
