Professional Product Quality Management (Remote)

For this position you can live and work fully remotely from any place, as long as it is in Kasachstan.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of product requirements to be transferred to suppliers and related departments based on technical tasks, market benchmark, law requirements, makring, needed product cetrifcations and internal quality requirements
• Coordination of execution of requirements, coordination of related depatments for decision making and internal activites plan preparation
• Monitoring changes in EU legistlation and other regions which PB products supplied, transfer these updates to related departments
• Searching and negotion for laboratory testing, denition of test methodology, preparation of testing plan and follow-up
• Preperation of list of criteria for incoming inspection based on technical task, law requirements, market claims, internal inssues product changes implementation
• Resposnse for third parties requests (Government, customers)

Qualifications (Essential):

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or relevant rechnical rield; master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa diagrams).
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in the components domain.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communicaiton and interpersional skills to collaborate with internal team and external suppliers effectively.
• English =B2+, Russian = fluent.

Qualifications (Desired)

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projets and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Certification(s) in automotive quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16494, VDA 6.3).

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive suppler quality management, product quality engineering, or a related field in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1/ Tier 2 supplier industry.
• Proven experience in product quality assurance, measurement, and continiouts improvement processes.
