International Company is looking for:
Head of Sales Unit , Astana, 5/2
The core activity in this role is managing company's sales within Central Asian and Caucasus region. The Director is accountable for top-line growth, profitability and cash flow management as well as people leadership. The Director will ensure that effective service delivery takes place via company's service departments and its distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute the region strategy and action plan
- Develop the Company’s brand and market share in the region
- Plan and execute marketing activities
- Develop and share market intelligence and research
- Drive the region sales and profitability in all Business Lines
- Win new customers, further develop the existing key customer relationships, and upsell
- Plan and manage the sales activities from lead generation to closing the deals, maintain account plans and CRM
- Lead and develop the sales team
- Manage Company Distributors in the region and achieve results through Distributors
- Produce accurate reporting on customer leads, sales forecast, profitability, cash management and other KPIs
- Constantly improve customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute resource renewals/increases within approval limits
- Constantly improve employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with Business Lines and other Regions
Qualifications and skills:
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding in underground mining and tunnelling processes
- Established contact network within Central Asian mining companies and tunnelling contractors
- Strong consultative value sales and deal closing skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Team player
- High ethics and integrity
- Good communication skills
Competencies:
- Very good leadership and management skills
- Ability to lead strategy implementation
- Competent in understanding and motivated driving actions for P/L and balance sheet impact
- Sales and deal closing skills
