Financial Controller

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the key sparring partner / consultant to Marketing Teams in steering the business on profitable growth path

• Ensure effective pricing strategy, propose countermeasures, if necessary

• Monitor, evaluate and analyze profitability of marketing activities performance

• Ensure proper marketing budgets' managements

• Financial planning and forecasting

• Planning sales per brand category and analysis of variances vs actual

Candidate’s profile:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field

• 4-5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in FMCG

• Knowledge of SAP / Excel/ MS Office

• Experience in creating reports in Power BI

• Good understanding of business processes

• Collaborative, energetic team player

• Willingness to take the lead and go the extra mile

• Strong communicator across hierarchies and within a different cultural setting
