• Facilitate the setup and training of new agents, actively engaging in their onboarding process.
• Strategically revisit existing agents, offering retraining sessions as necessary to optimize their performance.
• Act as a troubleshooter, swiftly resolving any issues agents encounter in their day-to-day Ria business operations.
• Provide or update branding solutions for agents in alignment with Marketing Department guidelines.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with agents to foster ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
• Independently organize a well-structured weekly plan to achieve set targets effectively.
• Fluency in Russian and English is required; proficiency in Kyrgyz, Uzbek, or Kazakh languages is highly advantageous.
