Accountant to freight forwarding company

KPMC Ltd is a start-up between the largest logistics companies in Singapore and Kazakhstan. We are a rapidly growing company that provides transport services and develops the Middle Corridor.

Responcibilities:

Working with primary documentation

Calculation of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget

Maintaining full accounting and tax records

Preparation and submission of tax reports

Submission of statistical reports

Reconciliation of mutual settlements with counterparties

Control of receivables and payables

Accounting for fixed assets, inventory items

Working with Internet banking

Payroll

Requirements:

Higher education: accounting and auditing, economics and finance.

Knowledge of all areas of accounting and tax reporting forms.

Knowledge of IFRS, Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Customs Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Experience in a freight forwarding company will be an advantage.

Experience working with non-residents.

Knowledge of English (at least upper-intermediate).
