Responsibiloties:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Sales/Marketing Division Budget Management & Controlling

  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, marketing, and upper management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Systems development/Reporting

  • Foster clear communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with goals and objectives.

  • Ongoing development and evaluation of Trade activities

  • Cycle planning management and coordination of marketing activities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, using knowledge of products and technologies, markets, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Related Major.

  • Experience

- 5+ years of Experience Related to FMCG industry as a customer/ consumer marketing or sales staff

- Working experience in tobacco industry may be preferred

  • Skills

- Language: Advanced English

- Competent Skills of MS Office and Analyzing Data
